I have restless leg syndrome and have tried just about anything and everything that I have seen or heard about. Medications, vibrators etc. I have been using the blanket for just over 2 weeks and have been getting pretty good results. 1st week exceptional sleep and now not as long but still a restful sleep. we'll see what it's like in a couple of months.

Although it is very heavy, I like the feel of the weight particularly on my torso and upper legs.
The only problem I’m having is with my feet while laying on my back. The blanket’s weight is too heavy and causes my feet to turn in. This is not comfortable. I’m thinking you need to make the foot portion of the blanket lighter. This would prevent me having to pull the blanket up to my ankles so I can tun my feet outward, a much more comfortable way to lay on my back.

The blanket is nice but the service was very poor! Ordered the blank few weeks before Christmas did not receive it until the beginning of March. Told it would be shipped beginning of January, then the beginning of February but wasn’t shipped until we requested are money back!

My experience with this purchase has been poor. Ordered the blanket in mid-December with a mid-January delivery date. Had to email you twice in earlier March to see where my order was. It was explained that there was supply chain issues. Was offered a free Eye Patch and $20.00 to be put back on my Credit Card. Never seen either. Very hard to recommend your product based on the attention detail and lack of follow through. Google review will be placed this week. It will not be higher than 2-stars.

Although the blanket itself is as advertised, dealing with this company has been frustrating. There is no avenue for customer service or at least no avenue that elicits a response. I was informed very close to Christmas that the blanket I had ordered for Christmas would now be on back order and not available until February. I tried to cancel the order and was met with an offer of a free face mask. When I responded that i did not want the free face mask and still wanted to cancel the order, I didn’t hear back. I reached out twice more with no response. The blanket didn’t arrive until March and I was left with dealing with a blanket that I no longer needed or wanted.

There was a massive delay in shipping the blanket though and there was no communication about it until I initiated a conversation on email asking when the blanket was being shipped. I had to do this twice actually. Once in January after the original shipping date had passed and again in February when the second shipping date had passed.
Customer service could definitely do better in communicating to their customers delays in shipping.
While I think the blanket is good I would not order from the company again due to the poor communication.

I purchased this for my husband (I actually got it off of marketplace) he loves it but it is too small for him being 6’3” with broad shoulders
I totally get that it needs to be sized for an individual person but not all adults are made equal. Making a “tall size” (just two or three extra inches on the width and height) would assist in better sleep for those taller than 6’

The blanket itself is a bit small. I am a larger body and if I toss or turn at all I often wake up in the middle of the night. I have to re adjust and fix the blanket. I purchased the 2 covers for the discount price and one of the covers is garbage. The zipper broke very quickly as well as the ties inside are made of a material that doesn’t stay tied. It comes undone very easily.
I have since gone and tried a hush weighted blanket. It is a larger size. It doesn’t weigh as much because distribution with the size. Yet, I find I am having better sleeps as I don’t lose the blanket middle of the night.

Purchased a single size as a Christmas gift for my husband. He had used one before and missed it. He likes the blanket, in that it’s soft and cozy. But, he can’t move or roll over in bed, and has been waking up with lower back pain since using it, likely from being weighed down in the same position all night. Perhaps 15 lbs is too heavy in a single sized blanket?

I have send numerous messages on the contact page and all I get is automated response that my request is being viewed. I was sent an incorrect weighted blanket. I tried calling all numbers listed on your website but it is unlisted. The address are also not validated ( two different ontario address ) both locations looked up does not correspond. The shipment box had Gravind.ca. . I went to their website and chatted with their customer service and they said they will reach out to me in 24hrs and also connect with their sister company simple sleep ( which I believe is an AI). I want to return all items and get a full refund .

I haven't tried the blanket yet but my experience with SimpleSleep's customer service leaves me wondering if this company is a scam. I did not receive the item I ordered. Instead, I received a heavier blanket that can't be used by the person I ordered it for. It is too heavy and therefore unsafe. I have tried multiples ways to contact the company, including calling them, and have not received any response. It has been two weeks now and this isn't okay.

I got this for my husband, who would invariably only sleep for a few hours at a time and then get up to read for another hour or more, then come back to bed. On the first night with the blanket he slept for six hours straight. He absolutely loves the feel of the weight of it. Last night he slept eight hours straight.
I can say that getting this weighted blanket is a resounding success, and am so happy to have found such a quality product that is Canadian made.

I ordered this blanket on a Saturday morning because I saw a notification saying that the item would ship out the same day if I ordered it before noon. I didn't see any email all day Saturday or Sunday for it being shipped. By Monday, I was getting worried that what if I got scammed!? I started to read reviews on your site and things were beginning to settle in. I agree with some reviews that if you cannot keep your promise, do not publicize it.
I received a notification by early Monday evening that the item has shipped. Again, according to other reviews, I was worried what if I do not receive it over the next few days, and it may be weeks or months. Anyhow, I received another email on the following Wednesday that the delivery is due by the end of the day. By 5:30pm or so that evening, I started to get worried and contacted support via chat. Just as I was in the process of chatting with a bot, I heard a big thump in front of my front door. Very quickly I got excited that the delivery has arrived! Sure enough, the blanket came.
I put the cover on using the fabric ties. While going through the ties all around, I was realizing that the ties will not hold strong for too long. PLEASE MAKE THIS BLANKET WITH A ZIPPER ALL AROUND TO KEEP IT SECURE UNTIL IT IS TIME TO UN-COVER FOR WASHING.
For the first couple of weeks, as per the reviews from others on various social media, I thought of using it for an hour or so here and there while watching the TV to get used to it. Even then, I noticed getting blunt headaches. After that, I started to use the blanket during the night. No more headaches or any body aches or pain!
I have a FitBit and noticed that when I slept, I slept deeper. Hence, the quality of my sleep improved. This means, even when if I slept for a shorter time than usual, I was getting quality sleep - which is important for restoration.
As for the ties, a few became un-done within a few days and I had to unzip and re-tie them. I am going through this routine every so often. It is getting a little frustrating. I agree with one reviewer: make it a fully zipped cover. I rather pay a little more to get some peace of mind.

I love my blanket! I keep it in the living room as my husband likes the air conditioner on high & I am always freezing! This wraps around my legs & stays in place. My only con is ...it is 15lbs as advertised & takes a little muscle to move it around! The insides (for want of the correct word!lol) stay stable, no bunching...just move as you move it. I bought this for my boyfriend's birthday. He is 6'1, and most of the blankets do not reach his whole body. This blanket (20lb) was perfect for him. It covered his whole body. He loves the weight, and the removable cover is excellent for being able to keep it sanitary. I-personally-love how to put the cover on as there are little knotches that one just needs to do around the inside of the cover and attached the blanket to avoid it moving as well as the zipper is not at the bottom but to the side. Overall, this was probably his favourite present which makes it a 10/10!
