I bought the single size as my husband has no interest in a weighted blanket. Stays nicely on my side of the bed and the weight helps me relax after a long stressful day at work. The extra cover is great if a wash is needed. I haven't needed to do so as the weighted blanket is on top of my duvet. Despite the double layer I don't find it too hot.

It is a nice blanket but I noticed some of the quilted pockets had more glass beads than others and some felt like they had none. The blanket is still nice but I wonder about equal weight distribution. The price was very reasonable and the delivery was fast.

Terrible experience.
I bought it and quickly realized it was the wrong size (5 min after purchase) wrote write away to cancel order. 2 days later, I get a shipping confirmation. I contact them once again. No answer. I write again once I received the blanket i tried to cancel, to now return my purchase. No answer. And i write once more a week later. No response. It took a month for them to write back, telling me to send back my order at my own expense. TERRIBLE customer service. Do not buy from simplesleep.

This blanket didn't work for me... it felt oppressively heavy. I contacted SimpleSleep about how to do a return. It turns out that the "hassle free returns" does not include return shipping - which for a weighted blanket is over $50. This isn't what I would consider hassle free. However, since I didn't want the blanket to go to waste, I paid for return shipping. SimpleSleep received the return over 4 weeks ago, and still haven't received a refund, despite having sent repeated follow up emails to them. I'm really dissatisfied with their idea of "hassle free" returns.

The blanket appears to have some good properties but may not be a one-size fits all solution. We liked the fact that this blanket met the medical grade specifications and had several features to make it durable and practical for a competitive price. (And it's Canadian)That said, we are wondering if there is not a place for a lighter weight blanket.
The problem with actually sleeping with this blanket seems to be that it is too heavy and too hot (even when it is not summer) for night sleeping. We do not have cold bedrooms.
The heat is one factor. The other factor is the weight. We do not know if a lighter weighted blanket would still have some benefits without the sense of being stifled. We will have to borrow someone else's lighter weight blanket in order to figure this out. This would be for the purpose of sleeping at night, not for governing nervous system dysregulation in a short-term crisis for an adult. We are still looking at the 20 lb. blanket for that application. We still need to run our own experiment with a lighter weighted blanket to figure this out.

Very frustrating experience. Blanket was ordered in Mid- January and did not arrive until April. Not a good way to reduce anxiety. In fact, I had cancelled the order by mid- March after waiting 2 months for delivery. I reported the situation to VISA who initiated a refund. A week later, the blanket was delivered. This is a terrible and fraudulent business practice. I will not be recommending the company to anyone. The product is fine but not outstanding. There are much easier and less stressful ways to acquire a weighted blanket.

This was a terrible experience - I do not recommend. My blanket didn't ship until one month after I ordered it. Despite my many attempts to reach the company and cancel my order, I couldn't reach anyone who was able to help me. Their phone number was out of service and the guy who responded to my email two days later said the order was sent to their warehouse so they couldn't cancel it. Blanket is ok but these guys need to step up their customer service - won't recommend to anyone.

Its pretty good, I find personally it’s small size blanket for the weight. I find it should be a little bit wider to spread the weight out more. I would even consider making it 15 pounds instead of 20. This is my first weighted blanket, and I will give it overall four out of five.

I asked them about it they said they had nothing in stock to replace my order so.... disappointing in general.
